We would like to inform you that the operations of the <b>ELRC-SHARE repository</b> are <b>discontinued
in October 2025</b>.
</p>
<p class="pshut">
ELRC-SHARE has played a key role in collecting and sharing language resources to support
multilingual technologies in Europe. As of October 2025, ELRC-SHARE resources will be available
through a <b>Common European Language Data Space (LDS) node</b>, functioning under the
responsibility
of the European Commission’s DGT.
</p>
<p class="pshut">
The LDS is a new EC-supported infrastructure, ecosystem and marketplace for language data. All
operations are made through the LDS connector, a software artefact that is installed and
deployed by both data providers and data consumers on the computing and storage infrastructure
of their choice. For more information on the principles and design of LDS and detailed
instructions on setting up and using an LDS connector.

<p class="pshut">
The ELRC-SHARE data collected and processed have been filtered and repackaged and will be
available for download through the LDS connector of the European Commission.
</p>
<p class="pshut">
This transition is supported by <a href="https://alt-edic.eu/" target="_blank">ALT-EDIC</a>,
which plays a central role in shaping and sustaining the new infrastructure for language data in
Europe.
