<p>L’APP del CUPWEB è l’applicazione per accedere al sistema di prenotazione e di disdetta on line delle prestazioni specialistiche della Regione Emilia-Romagna tramite tablet e/o smartphone. Ad oggi è possibile prenotare le visite e gli esami maggiormente richiesti.<a name="_GoBack" id="_GoBack"></a></p>
<p>Con l’APP del CUPWeb puoi accedere a diversi servizi, a seconda del tuo livello di autenticazione:</p>
<p><strong>SENZA AUTENTICAZIONE PUOI:</strong></p>
<ul><li>disdire gli appuntamenti prenotati tramite CUPWeb, sportello CUP/farmacia o Numero Verde</li>
<li>pagare una prenotazione attraverso il portale regionale del Pagamento On Line</li>
</ul><p><strong>SE TI REGISTRI SULL’APP IN AGGIUNTA PUOI:</strong></p>
<ul><li>prenotare una o più prestazioni in SSN e Libera Professione</li>
</ul><p><strong>CON LE CREDENZIALI DEL FASCICOLO SANITARIO ELETTRONICO IN AGGIUNTA PUOI:</strong></p>
<ul><li>visualizzare lo storico degli appuntamenti prenotati</li>
<li>visualizzare le tue ricette elettroniche</li>
</ul><h3 class="titolo">Cosa devo fare per accedere ai servizi disponibili tramite l’APP di CUPWeb?</h3>
<p>Per accedere a CUPWeb tramite l’APP devi creare il tuo account. Ricorda che con le stesse credenziali di accesso puoi attivare il tuo Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico. Se, invece, possiedi già le credenziali del Fascicolo sanitario elettronico utilizzale anche per l’APP.</p>
<h3 class="titolo">Quanto costa scaricare l’APP di CUPWeb?</h3>
<p>Il servizio è completamente gratuito.</p>
<h3 class="titolo">Posso utilizzare l’APP di CUPWeb se non sono registrato?</h3>
<p>Se NON sei un utente registrato puoi:</p>
<ul><li>Disdire gli appuntamenti prenotati tramite CUPWeb, sportello CUP/farmacia o Numero Verde</li>
<li>Pagare una prenotazione attraverso il portale regionale del Pagamento On Line</li>
</ul><h3 class="titolo">Posso prenotare una visita per un familiare o altra persona?</h3>
<p>Il sistema impedisce la prenotazione di ricette prescritte a persone diverse da chi effettua il login al servizio, tranne che per i minori, i tutelati e i delegati associati al tuo account.</p>
<h3 class="titolo">Sono minorenne: posso utilizzare l’APP di CUPWeb?</h3>
<p>I cittadini minorenni non hanno proprie credenziali di accesso. È necessario che il genitore si rechi a uno degli sportelli dedicati per registrare i minori e associarli al proprio account e, eventualmente, anche a quello dell’altro genitore. Il genitore deve presentarsi allo sportello con:</p>
<ul><li>modulo per l'accesso al Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico del minore debitamente compilato e firmato (un modulo per ciascun minore)</li>
<li>documento di identità e relativa fotocopia.</li>
