August 13th rolled around and they still hadn’t shown up. I was very stressed, but luckily they showed up on time. Just make sure if you’re gonna order books and you need them for a certain time, don’t rely on the estimated delivery date because you never know what could go wrong.</p>

Thank you so much the whole Mixam Team for astounding production of my art book. First look an hour ago and I can't get over it. My art hasn't looked so good in decades, this makes all those little snap shops in a box so lame. Such a better way to appreciate all the art I did rather than looking at a digital screen, and it's a hard copy fail-safe back up if digital ever fails.
I'm loving my art again looking at this real book.
Print quality is the best, my choice of paper exactly right and love the hardcover Smith sewn binding. It'll be a great heirloom.
Mixam is an amazing company with top notch service, customer communication, shipping and so glad I didn't go elsewhere for my project. I'll be back with another project hopefully soon.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found your website challenging to navigate. The instructions and explanations of printing choices weren't as clear as other services I've used. Also, I had to download the icc profile from another internet source, as your link doesn't seem to work. I did use your chatbot though and found it helpful.
I'm glad I persisted and am so happy to have a Canadian self publishing service available. Thank you.</p>

I was sent back my work several times to correct certain issues with the print margins, always with helpful advices and the page number related to the issue ! The printing started fast and the package arrived 10 days before the announced shipping date ! The product's quality is incredible, very much worth every penny spent !!</p>

<p class="card-text truncate-lines-3">process was straight forward and guidelines and setting up print files was very helpful. a final warning "have you done a final editorial check" would have been useful, in my case.
Delivery was delayed - although address was a postal code, the home address was also in address for courier to deliver to.</p>
