var articlebodies = ["
Across the global mobile network landscape, intensifying
market competition and stagnating traditional revenue lines are squeezing
operators directly in the middle. To break free from this commodity trap,
carriers have spent years searching for enterprise use cases that propel them
up the value chain beyond connectivity.

The commercialisation of Physical AI, specifically the deployment of robotic
labour within the human workforce, offers an opportunity for telcos to take a
controlling position early in what is promising to be a large and valuable
market.

As these robots step beyond physically impressive demos onto unmapped factory
floors, logistical hubs, and medical centres, they hit a critical wall. The
emerging bottleneck to scalable humanoid robotics isn’t mechanical design; it
is the limits of on-robot intelligence, which is greatly enhanced by shifting
cognition to low-latency networks hosting edge AI, what could be described as
distributed intelligence.

At Mobile World Congress this year, a live physical AI demonstration in the
Capgemini stand featured an advanced humanoid robot. It didn’t breakdance or
perform flying kicks; instead, it moved boxes indicated by a human operator
from one place to another. By performing real-time task decision making and
understanding of natural human behaviour, the system didn't just capture the
attention of enterprise architects - it secured a Tom's Guide “Best in Show”
award for its groundbreaking capabilities. The cognitive intelligence to enable
those capabilities wasn’t on the robot; it was provided via edge AI, connected
to the robot via a network link.

By combining intelligence from the network with the emerging Human-Machine
Understanding (HMU) models, validated by this showcase, telecommunications
operators can claim their position as the foundational operational backbone of
tomorrow’s autonomous labour market. But there are a few challenges to overcome
first.

The deep tech triad of collaborative labour

Deploying mobile, autonomous humanoids alongside human
workers requires seamlessly blending three distinct technology vectors into a
single, real-time control loop:

Physical AI: Machine learning models integrated into physical forms
that must run complex neural networks for spatial computing, object grasp
mechanics, and dynamic balance adjustments simultaneously.

Human-Machine Understanding (HMU): The crucial behavioural layer
that allows a robot to interpret human intent and support them effectively.
Rather than executing rigid code, HMU continuously monitors the operator, the
environment and the task at hand to allow safe and trusted real-time collaboration.

Network Automation: The automated software layer that dynamically
provisions cellular pathways, guarantees dedicated bandwidth slices, and
balances intense computing workloads so critical safety loops never experience
packet drop or jitter.

In practice, this triad creates a high-stakes control loop paradox. If a
humanoid worker encounters an unexpected human movement in a shared warehouse
aisle, its HMU layer must instantly flag the shift in intent. To guarantee
safety, this contextual data must be offloaded via an automated network slice
to a local edge server, which recalculates the robot’s physical movement path
in milliseconds. If any link in this network fabric lags, the physical AI
fails, potentially turning an expensive enterprise asset into an immediate
industrial hazard.

Distributed Intelligence: moving the brain to the
edge

For enterprise buyers, one of the most pressing engineering
challenges holding back humanoid fleets is the balance between physical
payload, battery life, and local compute costs. Packing enough raw GPU power
directly onto a humanoid to handle all the cognitive, motive, and planning
functions required to successfully execute tasks adds weight, heat, and cost to
each individual robot.

The path to commercial scalability requires a distributed intelligence
architecture. As demonstrated with the MWC award-winner, the humanoid’s onboard
systems should handle immediate, low-latency reflex controls, while heavy
processing tasks - such as high-fidelity semantic mapping, task planning, and
deep HMU behavioural analysis - are offloaded to edge AI nodes hosted by the
operator.

To make distributed intelligence a reality, MNOs must deliver highly reliable
intelligence from the network, designed around three major technical
criteria:

The connectivity dependency: Offloading intelligence to the network
demands that the network is always available. 5G can provide the mobility, QoS
guarantees, and high-performance throughput required to maintain continuous and
safe operations. Achieving this drives the need for intent-driven network
slicing to dynamically isolate and prioritise traffic. Telemetry data for
decision making requires minimal bandwidth but absolute, zero-failure latency
guarantees. Conversely, contextual video logs can absorb minor transmission
delays but require heavy throughput.

Compute location: Legacy
cellular networks are heavily optimised for downlinking media. Humanoids invert
this demand. A single unit outfitted with multiple HD cameras, LiDAR arrays,
and tactile sensors can generate significant uplink data streams. Multiplied
across a corporate campus fleet, this introduces unprecedented concurrent
uplink demands at the local cell site. Network uplink asymmetries currently
require processing data on the robot to manage the sheer volume of data, but
the question is, how much processing is done on the device? Where data is
transformed into decisions is a critical architectural decision; the robots at
MWC consumed significantly less power and ran cooler when that decisioning was
offloaded to edge AI.

The semantic network: Overcoming the increasing demands on network
links and QoS requires a shift from bit-rate transmission to semantic networks,
sending extracted semantic meaning rather than raw, unoptimized bitstreams.
Sending full video streams is highly inefficient when what’s required is the
spatial information in the video. The MWC demo converts video data of humans
into vectorised representations of their posture. In the realm of AI, this
means the edge device is effectively acting as a physical-world tokeniser,
translating raw human movement into lightweight 'semantic tokens' that the AI
can instantly read. The scale of that transformation is massive. As of last year, more than 400 million connected cars are on the road globally, with connectivity quickly becoming a baseline expectation for modern vehicles. At the center of this transformation is connectivity. And with the recent finalization of the GSMA’s SGP.32 specification, the industry has reached an important inflection point in how vehicles connect to mobile networks globally.
The Growing Complexity of Automotive Connectivity
Modern electric and software-defined vehicles rely on constant, secure connectivity to enable OTA updates, real-time diagnostics, ADAS enhancements, infotainment, telematics, and data-driven upgrades throughout the lifecycle. The complexity of these platforms is already immense. Today’s vehicles can contain more than 300 million lines of code and generate up to 25 gigabytes of data per hour from sensors, telematics systems, and in-vehicle applications³.

As automakers expand globally, this creates a logistical challenge: mobile network operator (MNO) requirements vary by country and region. Historically, supporting multiple markets often meant different hardware configurations, different SIM profiles, and region-specific integrations.

That adds cost, operational overhead, and long-term rigidity – particularly for vehicles expected to remain in service for 10 years or more. What once worked for regional launches and fixed architectures no longer scales in a global, long‑lived vehicle fleet. SGP.32 marks a shift from static connectivity choices to a framework where decisions can be managed, governed, and adapted over a decade or more of vehicle operation.
What Makes SGP.32 Different?
SGP.32 is the GSMA’s new eSIM specification designed specifically for IoT and automotive use cases. While earlier consumer-focused eSIM standards worked well for smartphones, vehicles present a fundamentally different set of requirements, including long lifecycles, multi-network flexibility, scalable remote management, and secure cross-border operation.

SGP.32 introduces a streamlined remote eSIM provisioning architecture tailored for these needs. It enables secure, over-the-air management of operator profiles without requiring physical access to the vehicle. Unlike earlier approaches, the architecture is designed to operate natively in distributed, resource-constrained IoT environments, reducing dependency on complex backend integrations.

Early adoption is already emerging across the industry. For example, electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian announced that its upcoming R2 vehicle will support the SGP.32 standard, demonstrating how automakers are beginning to integrate the specification into next-generation vehicle architectures.

For automakers, this unlocks the ability to deploy a single global hardware SKU, add or change mobile network providers over time, expand into new regions without redesigning connectivity hardware, and retain full control over connectivity strategy throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Connectivity is no longer defined entirely at production, but it remains an active design variable long after vehicles are on the road.
SGP.32 vs. Previous Standards: A Necessary Evolution
To fully understand the significance of SGP.32, it is important to compare it with earlier specifications such as SGP.02, which was originally designed for M2M use cases. While SGP.02 enabled remote SIM provisioning, it relies on a more rigid, operator-centric architecture with limited flexibility for dynamic, large-scale IoT deployments.

That rigidity was intentional and appropriate for an earlier phase of connected mobility, prioritizing stability over adaptability. As vehicles increasingly behave like software platforms, however, the balance shifts toward continuous optimization across networks and regions. As a result, SGP.32 is not just an incremental upgrade – it fundamentally improves how connectivity can be orchestrated, making it better suited for software-defined vehicles and global deployment strategies.
The Strategic Importance of a Single-SKU Model
One of the most significant implications of SGP.32 is the move toward a single-SKU hardware strategy.

In traditional models, entering a new market could require new SIM integrations, regulatory adjustments, or entirely separate hardware variants. This fragmented approach increases supply chain complexity, introduces inefficiencies, and slows global scaling efforts.

With a standardized IoT architecture, automakers can build one hardware configuration capable of supporting multiple network partners across markets. Operator profiles can be provisioned, activated, or changed remotely through secure management infrastructure.

In practice, SGP.32 primarily reduces complexity at the SIM and connectivity layer. Local radio requirements and regulatory obligations may still require market-specific adaptations, but the number of connectivity variants is significantly reduced.

This flexibility allows manufacturers to respond quickly to regional regulatory changes, optimize network performance by market, negotiate connectivity partnerships dynamically, and future-proof vehicles against shifting carrier landscapes. In a world where software agility defines competitiveness, connectivity must be equally adaptable.
5G and the Evolution of Vehicle Capabilities
The adoption of 5G networks further amplifies the impact of this transition. With higher bandwidth, lower latency, and improved network slicing capabilities, 5G enables faster OTA update delivery, enhanced streaming, real-time telematics, cloud integration, and more robust vehicle-to-everything communication. Automakers are already operating connectivity at a significant scale. One leading electric vehicle manufacturer delivered more than 90 million over-the-air software updates in a single year, illustrating how routine software deployment has become for modern vehicles. At that scale, the primary bottleneck shifts from network performance to operational control over connectivity across regions and operators. SGP.32 provides the foundation that allows 5G-enabled vehicles to scale globally without sacrificing agility.
Security as a Foundational Requirement
As vehicles become increasingly connected, they also become part of critical digital infrastructure. Remote SIM provisioning must meet stringent security standards. Automotive-grade eSIM hardware and remote management platforms are designed to protect credentials, prevent unauthorized access, ensure authentication, and maintain compliance. Security is not a feature layered on top – it is embedded into the architecture from the outset. This is particularly important for vehicles that may receive hundreds of updates over their lifespan. Trust in connected mobility depends on resilient, standards-based security frameworks.
Enabling the Next Phase of Software-Defined Mobility
The automotive industry is moving toward a model where value is increasingly delivered after the vehicle leaves the factory. Feature subscriptions, performance upgrades, new digital services, and evolving driver assistance capabilities all rely on dependable connectivity.

Consumer expectations are evolving alongside these technological shifts. Research shows nearly 60% of drivers say they would consider switching vehicle brands for better connectivity features, underscoring how central digital capabilities have become to the ownership experience.

SGP.32 supports this model by aligning connectivity with the broader principles of software-defined architecture, including remote management, lifecycle flexibility, global scalability, and security by design. As electric vehicles and connected platforms expand into new regions, the ability to deploy once and scale everywhere will become a defining competitive advantage.

The finalization and early adoption of SGP.32 marks a significant milestone in that journey. Connectivity is no longer just a component - it is part of the vehicle’s operating system. Standards like SGP.32, which simplify, secure, and scale connectivity, will define the next decade of automotive innovation.","Construction has long depended on coordination, judgment, and execution under pressure. Those demands are becoming more difficult to manage as projects grow in scale, schedules tighten, and labor markets remain strained. At the same time, the sector continues to face significant safety challenges. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics continues to show that construction is among the most hazardous major industries for workers, which places risk management at the center of project delivery. McKinsey has also described construction as one of the least digitized sectors, a gap that can limit visibility, slow decision-making, and keep many firms reliant on reactive processes rather than predictive ones.

Artificial intelligence is beginning to alter that dynamic. The most meaningful change is not abstract or futuristic. It is practical. AI-powered predictive models help leaders and project managers identify which projects may carry higher risk, understand the conditions driving that risk, and take targeted action to reduce exposure before issues become injuries. In an industry where a single lapse can trigger harm, delay, rework, claims, and reputational damage, predictive tools are compelling because they address several operational pressures at once. They can support safer jobsites, stronger scheduling, more disciplined resource allocation, and more consistent information flow across the life of a project.
How Construction Can Move Toward Earlier Risk Detection
The value of AI in safety management lies in the limits of traditional methods. Many current safety programs still depend heavily on lagging indicators such as incident counts, near-miss logs, and inspection results from prior periods. Those measures remain important, but they usually explain what already happened rather than what is likely to happen next. Predictive models seek to close that gap by combining historical safety records with project schedules, workforce patterns, weather data, equipment activity, and other operational signals. When those inputs are well organized, the output can help managers identify emerging risk before it becomes an incident.

Prediction is useful not only because it provides a broad view of risk, but because it helps focus attention where it is most needed. Construction portfolios often contain a relatively small number of projects that account for a disproportionate share of incidents. A capable AI model can surface those higher-risk clusters early, allowing safety leaders to concentrate inspections, coaching, and supervision where they are likely to have the greatest effect. That does not eliminate risk, and it does not replace field expertise. It does, however, create a more systematic way to allocate limited resources in a sector where margins are thin, and delays can be costly.
Why Structured Field Data Matters
Data quality remains the decisive factor. Predictive systems depend on reliable inputs, and construction data is often fragmented across field logs, enterprise systems, subcontractor reports, and manual notes. If observations are inconsistent, incident classifications differ from one site to another, or project records are incomplete, AI model performance will be constrained. For that reason, AI in construction safety works best when organizations standardize how information is collected. Structured observation processes, common severity scoring, and clearer definitions can turn routine field reporting into a more useful data set. Better data entry may appear administrative, but it is one of the strongest drivers of better prediction.

That point matters because construction firms do not begin from the same digital starting line. Some have mature systems, detailed reporting habits, and integrated project controls. Others still rely on disconnected tools, spreadsheet workarounds, and uneven site adoption. AI can help both groups, but the path differs. More mature organizations may use AI to refine forecasts and improve predictive model precision. Less mature organizations may first use AI to build consistency, capture observations more reliably, and create a stronger foundation for future analytics. In either case, the technology tends to reward discipline more than novelty.
The Broader Productivity Case for AI
Safety is only one part of the opportunity. AI also has a broader role in productivity, and the two goals are closely linked. In construction, safer work is often more efficient work. When teams identify hazards earlier, schedule disruptions are fewer, rework declines, and crews spend less time responding to preventable problems. Predictive maintenance can reduce equipment downtime. Better scheduling can help align labor, materials, and site access. Automated analysis of progress data can flag misalignments before they become expensive delays. Gains in productivity may not always be dramatic on a single task, but over the life of a project, they can add up to a meaningful improvement in delivery. The most promising applications are likely to emerge where AI complements human judgment rather than attempts to replace it. In preconstruction, predictive models can support cost estimation, review, and material planning. During active work, they can help track progress, detect unusual patterns, and prioritize interventions. During operations, they can inform maintenance schedules, energy use, and asset performance. The same data that helps prevent a safety incident can also help reduce waste or improve schedule accuracy. That overlap is important because construction leaders rarely have the luxury of optimizing only one metric at a time. They need tools that improve several outcomes together.
Labor Gaps Are Raising the Value of Smarter Tools
Another reason AI is gaining traction is the industry’s labor challenge. Skills shortages, retirement pressure, and uneven knowledge transfer are making it more difficult to keep projects on track with traditional staffing models. AI can support less experienced teams by making information easier to find, highlighting the most relevant risks, and preserving institutional knowledge in more accessible formats. Rather than relying entirely on individual memory or informal mentoring, firms can build workflows that surface lessons from previous jobs and apply them to new ones. Still, technology cannot resolve the labor problem on its own. Training, supervision, and retention remain essential, and any AI strategy that ignores them will be incomplete.

The next phase of adoption may be even more ambitious. Industry observers increasingly refer to agentic AI, meaning systems that can sense conditions, reason through options, and trigger actions within defined limits. In construction, that could eventually mean scheduling tools that adjust plans when weather changes, supply deliveries slip, or progress falls behind forecast. It could also mean automated workflows that route safety observations, flag inconsistencies, and recommend follow-up actions. The promise is real, but so are the risks. Autonomy requires strict governance, traceability, and human oversight. A tool that acts quickly is only valuable if it acts appropriately.
Why Governance Will Determine AI’s Value
Governance will determine whether AI becomes a durable advantage or another short-lived pilot. Construction firms need clear rules for data collection, privacy, predictive model validation, and accountability. Leaders also need to understand how predictions are generated, not merely what they say. If an algorithm identifies a project as high risk, managers should know which factors produced that result and whether those factors are actionable. Explain ability matters because safety leaders must be able to defend decisions, correct errors, and trust the tool enough to use it consistently. Without that trust, even a strong AI model can remain underused.

Cost remains another practical consideration. AI systems can help reduce incident-related expenses, but they also require investment in integration, data quality, training, and process change. Smaller firms may not have the same resources as larger contractors or owners, so adoption is likely to happen in stages. Early gains may come from focused use cases such as observation capture, risk forecasting, or schedule analysis. Broader transformation may come later as firms build confidence and collect enough proprietary data to improve the accuracy of their predictive models. A phased approach is often more realistic than a broad rollout.
The Case for a Phased Approach to AI
The most durable lesson is that AI works best when it strengthens sound management. It can help construction teams see patterns more quickly, allocate attention more intelligently, and reduce the delay between observation and action. It can also make jobsites safer by encouraging more consistent reporting and more proactive intervention. Yet the technology is not a substitute for leadership, field expertise, or a culture that treats safety as a shared responsibility. The firms most likely to benefit are those that combine predictive tools with strong data practices, clear governance, and a willingness to adapt.

Construction is unlikely to become fully automated anytime soon, and it probably should not. The work is too complex, the conditions are too variable, and the consequences of error are too serious. Even so, AI is changing the baseline for what effective project management looks like. Safety programs that once depended on hindsight are beginning to gain foresight. Productivity systems that once relied on manual coordination are becoming more responsive. The result is not a replacement for human judgment, but a more capable environment for using it.","
The systems
electric utilities rely on provide fertile ground for agentic AI. In ADMS systems alone, they promise to
enable intelligent outage restoration, coordinate distributed energy resources,
speed up storm response, optimize volt-var control, improve load forecasting,
and more.

But while AI
agents operate in the digital world, utilities and their customers depend on
prodigious amounts of hardware across vast expanses of land – and, given
offshore wind, sea. Wherever hardware may be, it wears out and/or breaks.
Intelligent, autonomous field robots are understandably attracting serious attention
and investment in this industry.

Autonomous
robots promise to reduce operation and maintenance costs and extend equipment
life amid mounting pressures from aging infrastructure, workforce gaps,
grid-modernization needs, and massive demand from data centers. These robots,
which span from the four-legged to the winged, can inspect hardware, detect
anomalies, and trigger responses without human involvement. Utilities now
recognize that, while autonomous robots can add value in isolation, they work
best when they interface with AI agents that are integrated into operating and
business systems.

Utilities
are adopting physical AI in a variety of contexts, with asset health and
management emerging as potentially high-ROI application areas. That adoption
has come with a recognition that smart field robots must act upon intelligence
from enterprise workflows and then feed new information from their tasks back
into those workflows. That way, staff and agentic AI working in operations, human
resources, finance, and procurement can act and react to asset-related developments
quickly and efficiently. Here are four key steps to achieving the integration
essential to exploiting the true potential of physical AI.

1)
Let the utility’s specific needs drive physical AI implementation
strategy

Use cases
should dictate a utility’s autonomous robot implementation path. Many are already
working with autonomous drones in areas such as automating vegetation
management and maintaining utility-scale solar arrays.

Texas-based Percepto’s autonomous patrolling drones present an example of unmanned aerial
systems going beyond protecting power lines from branches. The company’s
distribution-grid inspection systems can identify broken components, rust, rot,
and corrosion, as well as spot overheating components with AI-driven temperature
assessments.

Israel-based
Ecoppia has deployed water-free autonomous systems to clean solar panels across
dozens of utility-scale projects across the Middle East and India. (In dusty
regions, keeping solar modules clean can boost efficiency by 20% to 35%,
thereby starkly improving the levelized cost of ownership.)

Consider
also an offshore wind producer that’s deploying a four-legged robot to keep tabs on
an offshore wind platform. The inspection robot, made by Swiss-based ANYbotics, eliminated
the need to send techs to a remote platform for months. When human intervention
was eventually required, the maintenance team already knew what was wrong,
which expert to send, and what equipment and spare parts to bring, avoiding
costly and risky trial-and-error platform visits.

These sorts
of asset health and management applications beg for agentic AI combined with
autonomous robots. Such integration enables robots to inspect assets
continuously with sensors that can spot anomalies based on visual, chemical,
acoustic, and thermal signals; send data directly to field service management
systems; have those systems assign work orders (or suggest teeing up work
orders for human decision-makers); and propagate the impacts of the work to
business systems (operations, procurement, finance, and so on). That gives the
organization an immediate understanding of operational status and the business
impacts related to that status.

If
autonomous robot integration can boost the uptime of an asset portfolio by a
percentage point or two, investments in physical AI will have paid for
themselves many times over. But utilities are recognizing that, to properly
harness such capabilities, it also often takes substantial work on the data
side.

2)
Get the utility’s data cleaned up and harmonized

A utility’s goal
should be to incorporate a portfolio of autonomous-robot inspection into a maximally
closed-loop system in which inspections trigger automated work orders for
repairs and that automatically cascade through field service management,
warehousing, procurement, finance, and beyond. Such data flows aren’t possible
if a utility has inconsistent, duplicative, stale, or siloed master data. That
means bringing together SCADA and other operational data with a field service
and asset management system’s planning and scheduling solution, as well as with core
business systems. The result is harmonized data across the utility’s diverse IT
landscape.

Harmonized
data is the key enabler of the real-time integration of autonomous robotics
into a utility’s overall systems architecture. But autonomous robots are far
from the only justifications for data harmonization: It’s also vital in getting
the most out of all kinds of AI. Historically, harmonizing data would have meant
unifying physical databases (not possible) or data warehouses (the typical
approach). Today, enterprise data analytics platforms, also called data fabric platforms, enable a virtual unified
data model on top of existing systems. AI is driving its rapid uptake across many industries, with utilities among them.

3)
Tighten the utility’s insights-to-action loop

A typical
asset health and management approach involves feeding operational and
asset-status data – some IoT/machine delivered, some human-collected – into an
ERP data analytics platform. The platform then does the analytics and sends
results back to operational systems. But often, getting those analytics back to
operational systems quickly and in actionable ways has proven to be a
challenge.

Given the
data volumes involved, combinations of AI agents and autonomous robots are
putting even more pressure on this feedback loop. Part of the answer is to
delegate to AI agents what previously required analytics. But given the
diversity of assets a given utility manages and the number of AI agents that
soon will be working in concert to assess those assets, utilities are finding a
need to reassess their asset-related analytics strategies.

4)
Build trust with the utility’s human intelligence

The value of
any tool, be it a wrench or an autonomous drone, depends on the trust it
engenders among those who use it. O&M staff – and, more broadly, staff
across the organization – must learn to trust AI. Utilities are helping them
build that trust in a few ways:

· Starting AI with recommendations and
suggestions (of a maintenance work order or a vegetation-management
prioritization) rather than having agents actually execute actions. Percepto,
for example, uses autonomous drones but leaves the actual maintenance decisions
to humans.

· Benchmarking against the performance
of a utility’s experts. AI agents make decisions and simulate actions, but
leave the actionable decisions to human talent. Evidence of AI’s performance on
a par with, or better than, experts builds trust.

· Having the AI explain its
recommendations. If an autonomous robot is inspecting a transformer, rather
than simply reporting a high risk of failure, the system could describe rising
oil temperature, elevated dissolved hydrogen levels in that oil, and a history
of previous failures as justifications.

· Making the AI report not only confidence
levels (i.e., vegetation encroachment risk of 80%), but also supporting
evidence and alternatives, such as suggesting additional drone inspection.

· Building in audit trails and
traceability with respect to the data and models used, the reasoning paths, and
what system(s) made the final decision.

These
investments in the workforce’s confidence in AI are as important as the
investments in agentic AI and autonomous robotics. Because without trust, staff
will work around or override decisions that otherwise would yield greater
organizational benefit.

Integrated
autonomous robots are the future of utility asset management.

Empowering
agentic AI with the real-world capabilities of autonomous robots has enormous
potential to improve the performance of a utility’s assets and, by extension, the
utility’s overall reliability and cost structure. Customers, shareholders, and
utilities themselves stand to benefit. Physical AI pilots abound, and, in
vegetation management and beyond, operations are already reaping gains.

Utilities
have recognized that closed-loop operational systems feeding off harmonized
data are indispensable in exploiting physical AI’s potential. Given agentic
AI’s decision-making capabilities, analytics strategies also merit reassessment.
And a utility’s people must trust the system. Getting all this right will take effort,
but it’s worth doing considering the payoffs across efficiency, uptime, and the
ability to meet growing electricity demand. The cause is noble indeed.

"];
