Robots.txt содержит директиву Host, ведущую на Host: https://www.techbuzz.ai. Это, по сути, артефакт и применяется только в устаревших поисковых системах типа mail.ru.
Яндекс отменил эту директиву в 2018г. Google вообще не поддерживает ее.
