<p class="about-text">南宁市明开汽车服务有限公司位于巴中市巴州区回民巷世纪花园12号楼2层,营业范围有电子节能技术研发及推广服务；节能设备的生产、销售及售后服务。兴能光电科技开发有限公司成立于2009年,位于巴中市经济开发区,公司着重于节能环保产品的研发、生产、销售等。是一家集科研、生产、销售、服务于一体的高新技术企业。磁场阻流节电器（限流器）于2006年8月4日申请了国家实用新型专利,专利号：（ZL20062.0）,正在申请办理通过国家CSC节能认证。公司拥有自主产权,此专利技术系列产品针对所有工业、商业、居民用电的节电及用电设备保护。公司研发部重点从事专利技术的升级研究和新的节能环保产品研发,专业从事节电产品、电气控制设备、节电系统工程改造等领域。研发部是公司重要核心部门,属董事长直接指导管理。现已有的降压限流节电器正准备通过阿里巴巴外贸窗口走向国际市场。公司通过国家发改委征地20亩,规划建造巴中市现有Zui具规模的生产基地、节能环保产品研发基地。生产厂房建筑面积6000平方米,办公楼900平方米。兴能光电致力于向全国合作伙伴提供Zui先进的节电产品、Zui优质的系统节电解决方案及Zui专业的技术服务。兴能凭借国际Zui先进的节电产品、领先的技术实力和高度的社会责任感,精心打造卓越的兴能（峻震）品牌。兴能科技研发生产的系列节电产品,实行6S管理,严格执行ISO9001：2000质量管理体系标准,被广泛地应用于市政工程、机关办公、酒店宾馆、</p>
