Des adultes "à risque" mutés ailleurs… où ils recommencent.
Pourquoi ? Parce que le contrôle de l'honorabilité des adultes au contact des enfants n'est ni systématique, ni régulier.
C'est inadmissible.
Avec @JuristePLE et @mamans.louves, nous avons travaillé des mois pour formuler une Proposition de Loi en 5 points concrets :
- Attestation d'honorabilité pour TOUS les adultes au contact des mineurs
- Vérification initiale + annuelle du casier judiciaire (FIJAISV)
- Interdiction immédiate d'exercer en cas de doute
- Inscription au fichier portée à 30 ans après condamnation
- Meilleure information des familles
Ce n'est pas stigmatiser. C'est protéger.
Plusieurs rendez-vous institutionnels ont déjà été obtenus. Le travail avance.

📌 Solution : simplifier et élargir le dispositif d’attestation d’honorabilité à toutes les personnes en contact habituel avec des enfants, sans exception

@stephanie.rist, ministre de la Santé et des familles, ainsi qu’aux décideurs publics concernés.

La réponse ? Pas d'interdiction. Juste une recommandation de relever l'âge à… 11-12 ans. 😤
Alors que 2,6 millions de cyber prédateurs sont connectés à tout moment dans le monde, l'État juge ce contenu acceptable pour de jeunes enfants ?
